STEAM CONDITIONING
Before pressing, the feed mixture is heated and moistened with steam. This increases the plasticity of the raw material and facilitates the pelleting process.
Steam conditioning allows:

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The mixture is fed into the conditioner, where it is heated and moistened with steam. It then enters the pressing chamber.
The rollers press the raw material against the inner surface of the rotating ring die. The material passes through the die channels and is then cut by knives into pellets of the required length.
The actual capacity depends, among other factors, on the formulation, raw material moisture, degree of grinding, pellet diameter, and steam conditioning parameters.

The M320 can operate as a standalone machine or be integrated into an existing pellet production line. A complete production line with a steam conditioning system can also be supplied.
